We want booking with Global Park Fly to be easy and flexible. This policy explains how to change or cancel a reservation and how refunds are issued. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. How to cancel or change
Manage your reservation anytime from the Manage Booking page using your reservation number and email. From there you can update your dates, times, and vehicle details, or cancel.
2. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel an eligible reservation up until your scheduled drop-off. Once cancelled, we issue a refund of the amount paid to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Stripe) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive a cancellation email confirming the refund amount.
3. Changes to a reservation
If you shorten or extend your stay, the price is recalculated:
- If the new total is higher, the difference is charged when you confirm the change.
- If the new total is lower, the difference is refunded to your original payment method.
- Changes are subject to availability for the new dates.
4. No-shows
If you do not arrive and do not cancel before your scheduled drop-off, the reservation is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. If your plans change, please cancel in advance so we can free the space.
5. Late pick-up
If you collect your vehicle after your reserved pick-up time, additional time may be charged at the posted hourly rate, payable before the vehicle is released.
